The VCU School of Medicine Division of Hematology, Oncology and Palliative Care and Massey Cancer Center are seeking a Clinician Educator with a clinical focus in benign hematology to practice at our flagship location.

About the Division of Hematology, Oncology, and Palliative Care:
Aspart oftheVirginia Commonwealth University(VCU)Schoolof Medicine, Division of Hematology, Oncology and Palliative Care members contribute their expertise and experience to our patient care, research and teaching missions. A collaborative environment among division faculty, and with other specialists from multiple disciplines, provides a comprehensive approach to patient care and physician training. VCU is also the home of the Central Virginia Center for Coagulation Disorders (CVCCD), which provides comprehensive multidisciplinary care for individuals with complex coagulation disorders. As part of VCU Massey Cancer Center, division members are also involved in developing the latest cancer treatments by conducting research and translating their discoveries into cutting?edge patient care.

The Central Virginia Center for Coagulation Disorders (CVCCD) is a comprehensive pediatric and adult program for patients with inherited bleeding and clotting disorders and their families. As the only federally designated lifespan hemophilia treatment centerinVirginia,ourcenter provides a full range of services, including diagnosis, treatment, counseling and education.Locatedon the VCU Medical Center Campusin Richmond,VA,CVCCDserves asa regional referral center for the commonwealth.

- MD; Board certified or eligible in hematology and eligible for Virginia licensure
- Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, andstudent environment or commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU
