Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center is currently recruiting hospitalists to provide collaborative coverage with cardiologists on the monitored cardiology services. Candidates should be BC/BE in Internal Medicine. Advanced training in Critical Care Medicine is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff and student environment or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at Virginia CommonwealthUniversity.

Hospitalists dedicated to the Cardiology service work closely with faculty and fellows. They are invited to attend core lectures and conferences. Those with an interest in a career in cardiology will receive ample research opportunities along with clinical duties.

The successful candidate will join an established group of physicians and surgeons in one of the top Heart Centers in the United States. We are dedicated to building a preeminent program for academic discovery and are committed to excellent clinical care for heart failure patients.
