The Department of Family Medicine and Population Health at Virginia Commonwealth University is currently recruiting for a BC/BE family physician for the Hayes E. Willis Health Center.

  • Dedicated, mission-driven colleagues and team members, including clinical pharmacist, social work and behavioral health support, providing holistic patient-centered care
  • Experience working with medically underserved communities, teaching, and expertise in areas of care such as opioid use disorder/substance use disorder, transgender care, and procedural care preferred.
  • Start date of approximately three months from time of offer with a competitive salary and generous benefit package, as well as ability to earn clinical bonuses.
  • Seeking a Clinical presence from Half Time to Full Time with Full Time preferred.
  • The doctor in this position will be involved in medical student and resident teaching and will have the opportunity to be involved in Departmental research programs.

Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine and be eligible for staff privileges at MCV Hospitals, although no inpatient work is required.
